Stain or Natural

Install:
We will install most hardwood floors
You buy the wood you want with no markup from us
and we will install a typical wood floor for $3.00 per sq foot

Repairs:
Includes ripping out and putting new wood in
$10.00 per board or $3.00 per sq foot for larger areas

Recoats:
Includes buffing and 1 coat of oil based polyurethane (note) Your floor must be wax free or the polyurethane will not adhere to your existing floor

Pine:
Unless your pine floors are New most of them have been painted with a lead based paint. So with that in mind we have discontinued sanding older pine or ash floors that have been painted.
